McFall Builders, Inc. begins remodeling the new Adam’s Rib Co. in Gainesville, Florida
February 19, 2012McFall Builders, Inc. has been awarded the task of remodeling a Gainesville restaurant landmark. The old Joe’s Deli is remembered by many “old” Gainesville folks as one of the first, if not the first sports bar to have satellite. The inside of the building is going to receive almost a complete remodel. Areas that are not getting remodeled will be receiving a resurfacing renovation prior to opening.
Adam’s Rib Co. is Gainesville’s best bbq restaurant, and the commercial remodeling that we are doing will include an increased capacity for smoking BBQ. A custom, commercial-grade bbq smokehouse will be constructed to accommodate the insatiable appetite this town has for Adam’s Rib Co. The commercial kitchen area will be getting a completely new look. All of the existing walls and tiles have been removed to make way for brand new flooring. A restaurant hood system will be installed to accommodate the smoke and heat that the kitchen will be creating. Having a proper hood is essential in any commercial kitchen system. McFall Builders will be working on the Adam’s Rib Co. SW 13th Street location until the scheduled opening sometime near the fall.
Throughout the course of the remodeling and renovation project, there will be updates to our company blog. Expect to see some great pictures of the transformation process. Our general contractors will be working form the architectural design plans agreed upon by the client prior to beginning the demolition.
