This 2,650-square-foot Coastal Craftsman home is a project we’re really proud of. The homeowner came to us with a vision for a custom, energy-efficient home with classic Florida character, and we brought it to life.

From the locally sourced cypress ceiling details and real structural brick from Harwood Brick to the HardieArtisan siding and 40-year CertainTeed roof, every detail was chosen with quality and longevity in mind. The front porch timber frame was built entirely by our in-house carpenters, and the Anderson black-framed casement windows give the whole exterior a clean, finished look.

Set on 1.3 acres, the home also includes full perimeter stormwater drainage to protect the property for years to come. If you’re looking for a Gainesville, Florida builder who takes the time to get every detail right, we’d love to talk about your project. Reach out to us today!
