At Martin P. McFall Builders, Inc. we offer a variety of personalized contracting services. MPM Builders, Inc. is a locally owned and operated company. Martin himself built the company from the ground up beginning in the early 1980′s. Along the way he brought in his two sons, Jason and Michael, to help out with the family business. Jason currently operates as the company’s president and oversees the construction side of the company. Martin’s youngest son, Michael, runs the Gainesville roofing division of the company.
Our company currently consists of two licensed General Contractors. Our contractors will be there with the customer from start to finish to ensure the quality of the home is to their expectations. MPM Builders, Inc. specializes in new construction and remodels/additions to existing homes. With the current state of the economy many home owners have decided to renovate their existing homes rather than build new.
Our company, since its inception, has specialized in custom remodels and additions. We also specialize in custom home construction in Gainesville Florida. Since the recent trend has been to remodel or add on to an existing structure in Gainesville we have completed many more of these types of projects. Our staff is fully committed to serving your every need, and can guide you through the process of construction from start to finish.
We pride ourselves on quality and attention to detail. We have long-standing relationships with many subcontractors in the local area. A general contractor is only as good as the sub-contractors that represent him. We are fully insured and licensed for both general contracting (License CGC026008) and roofing (License CCC056862).
